Playhouse Children’s Center is dedicated to providing the residents of Punxsutawney, PA with exceptional childcare and early childhood education opportunities. Our goal is to positively impact the growth of our community, families, and individual children by increasing access to educational opportunities which inspire creativity and a thirst for learning. Our developmentally appropriate techniques and practices are proven effective, and we only hire qualified individuals who are willing to continually further their own knowledge.
All our staff members are certified in pediatric CPR and first aid. We understand you are trusting us with something very precious—your children, and we want you to feel safe leaving them in our care. We are licensed by the Department of Human Services for childcare and by the Department of Education for preschool. Playhouse Children’s Center is also a Keystone Stars 4 Center.
